Good read. Reminded me that pride cometh before the fall-- most of the best startups in history start small then get big. It's tough to start big and get bigger. Quibi, Magic Leap, and Theranos are among those I'd say started big. Quibi invested tons of cash before validating their assumptions and that mistake is hurting them.
